Why choose David Gordon Law?
Before he opened his own law practice in Memphis, David found out how the other side thinks by working as a defense attorney for 11 years with Neely, Green, Fargarson & Brooke. During those years he was the top producer among the associates. David next worked as a Constitutional Trial Lawyer at a non-profit organization in Virginia called Home School Legal Defense Association (HSLDA).
There David handled cases before the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. He was admitted to the Supreme Court of the United States in 1995. While working at HSLDA, David was invited to address home school audiences across the nation and his talks were included in a sound recording of HSLDA’s Best.

If you have been injured in an accident, you will speak with David when you call and you will meet with him when you choose him.
Highly-Skilled & Experienced
Virtually 98% of injury cases never actually go to trial. This is because they are settled out of court. What will motivate your opponent to want to settle with you out of court? If you are represented by an experienced trial lawyer who is making a reasonable request for settlement on your behalf, the opposition knows it would probably be foolish to take the case to trial and risk a big verdict.
On the other hand, if the opposition knows something you don’t know – that your lawyer has very little experience in court or has demonstrated lack of skill in court – the opposition is much less likely to meet your settlement demands because they feel confident about their chances against your lawyer in court. For these reasons, the most powerful advantage you can have is a lawyer who is known to be a highly skilled trial lawyer. The odds are much greater that such a lawyer will be able to successfully negotiate an out-of-court settlement for you.
